Dies ist eine Methode, die auf einem oberflächlichen Peeling verschiedener Hautschichten basiert.  Chemische Peeling ist nützlich zum entfernen von Sonnenflecken, Falten, Akne-Narben u. Kontrolle der Haut-Feuchtigkeit.

Die Ausführung dauert extrem kurz. Die Haut wird von Fetten befreit und dann wird die für die Behandlung gewählte Peeling-Lösung je nach Tiefe neutralisiert.

Alpha-Hydroxysäuren (AHA), mit Inhalt von Glykol-, Laktik- und Fruchtsäuren enthalten, werden bei der Ausführung bevorzugt. Natürliche Säuren aus Früchten und anderen Nährstoffen werden als Peeling für Oberflächen verwendet Tiefere Peeling-Anwendungen werden mit Phenol (Carbolsäure) und mit TCA (Trichloressigsäure) Anwendungen f. mittlere Tiefen durchgeführt.

CARBON PEELING

Carbon Peeling, Q-Switched Nd: It is a procedure performed by using YAG Laser. With the Carbon Peeling procedure performed for skin spot treatment, pores are reduced and a youthful appearance is obtained. Before the laser application a carbon solution is applied to the surface of the skin with intent to increase the efficiency of the laser in terms of color tone.

The carbon cream is kept on the skin for 15-20 minutes it is absorbed by the pores. The color enhancement process can easily be carried out on the skin and inside the pores.

BEHANDLUNG VON KRAMPFADERN

Wen kann sich Krampfader-OP durchführen lassen?

Personen die Krampfaderprobleme haben, das sich im Beinbereich bildet und sowohl vom Erscheinungsbild her als auch von der Gesundheit her unangenehm wird...

Krampfadern entstehen, wenn der Durchmesser der Adern sich vergrößert, sich ausdehnt und dementsprechend die Wandstruktur der Adern verschlechtert. Mit Behandlung von Krampfadern werden die Krampfaderprobleme im Beinbereich beseitigt.

Wenn diese Beschwerden im Beinbereich nicht behandelt werden, können sie größere Probleme verursachen. Heute beträgt die Häufigkeit von Krampfadern bei Frauen 25 % und bei Männern 15 %.

Lange auf Füßen stehen, genetische Veranlagung und Übergewicht bei weiblichen Patienten gelten als Risikofaktoren für Krampfadern.

Krampfadern, deren Häufigkeit in der Gesellschaft zwischen 20 und 40 % liegt, sind wichtige Gesundheitsprobleme.

Heute werden mit Fortschritten in der Medizin nicht-chirurgische Krampfaderbehandlungen wie Laser und Sklerotherapie eingesetzt.

Krampfaderbehandlung mit Laser:

Q-Switched Nd: ist eine Behandlung, die von außen auf dünne Aderläsionen und Krampfadern mit einem Durchmesser von 3 bis 4mm mit einem Laser durchgeführt wird. Die Ausführungszeit ist sehr kurz und es werden zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse erzielt.

Sklerotherapie:

Bei der Sklerotherapie wird ein chemisches Medikament in die gestörte Ader injiziert. Die Ader wirkt von innen nach außen, wodurch sich die Gefäßwand verbindet und sich schließt. Die Adern werden nicht mehr mit Blut gefüllt.

Normalerweise wird Blut durch diese Adern zum Herzen zurückgekehrt und mit anderen Adern zum Herzen zurück.  Der Körper zerstört im Laufe der Zeit die behandelten Adern.

Kann sich die Krankheit Krampfadern wiederholen?

Neben den behandelten problematischen Krampfadern, können sich bei anderen Venen Krampfadern entwickeln.

Worauf sollten die Personen achten, die Krampfadern haben?

- Sie sollten von Sonnenstrahlen und warmen Umgebungen fern bleiben,

- Geeignete Übungen und schützende Krampfaderstrümpfe sollten von Personen verwendet werden, die länger stehen oder sitzen müssen.

Wer kann sich Bauchstraffung durchführen lassen?

Bauchstraffung wird bei Personen ausgeführt, die geboren haben oder übermäßig Gewicht zugenommen und abgenommen haben.

Bauchbereich ist besonders bei Frauen aufgrund der Schwangerschaftszeit und Gewichtszunahme u. Abnahme ein schnell deformierbares Bereich. Geburten erschlaffen besonders die Bauchhaut, verursachen Streifen und Wölbungen.

Bauchdeckendeformationen verursachen heutzutage den Menschen ernsthafte Probleme im sozialen Leben. Für Menschen ist ein flacher und straffer Bauch ein Zeichen für Fitsein und Gesundheit.

Bei Frauenpatienten im mittleren Alter und folgenden Alter werden sehr oft Bauch-OPs durchgeführt. Alterung, Gewichtszunahme und Abnahme, Schlaffheit nach der Geburt und Streifen sind die größten Faktoren, die die Straffheit und Schönheit des Bauchbereichs stören. Mit Bauchoperationen verstehen wir Bauchstraffung-OPs und Liposuction.

Bauchstraffung-OPs werden als ganze Bauchstraffung-OP und Mini-Bauchstraffung-OP vorgenommen. Bei Bauchstraffung-OPs wird je nach Bedarf der Patienten auch Bauchwandkorrekturen vorgenommen.

Ist es notwendig vor einer Bauchstraffung-OP Gewicht abzunehmen?

Eines der größten Risiken bei den allen Operationen ist Übergewicht. Patienten mit Übergewicht stehen sehr schwer auf und ihre Wunden heilen spät. Und das führt auch zu häufigen Lungenproblemen. Nach diesen Angaben her sollten besonders adipöse Patienten vor der OP Gewicht abnehmen.

Mit was ist nach der Bauchstraffung-OP zu rechnen?

– Nach der OP sollte Bauch-Korsett getragen werden.

– Nach 1 Woche können die Patienten in ihren Alltag zurückkehren.

– 3 bis 4 Stunden nach der Operation kann sich der Patient ernähren und aufstehen.

– In den ersten Tagen sollten sie nach vorn gebeugt gehen, damit die Nähte nicht belastet werden.

– Die Nacht nach der OP kann der Patient seitlich liegen.

– Nach 3 Wochen kann der Patient mit Ausnahme der Bauchbewegungen, Sport treiben.
