Serdar Bora Bayraktaroğlu graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine English Medicine Program in 2005. He completed his plastic surgery training at Şişli Etfal Hospital Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic between 2005 and 2011. He completed his 'Microsurgery and Hand Surgery' training at the same clinic. Dr. In January 2009, Bayraktaroğlu successfully completed his six-month 'Facial Aesthetics' internship at The Facial Paralysis Institute in California-LA, USA.
Having completed his thesis in the field of microvascular surgery, Dr. Bayraktaroğlu has been working as a Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist since 2011.
Dr. enriched his academic career with his stem cell doctorate. Bayraktaroğlu is also an undergraduate student in the philosophy department, which is his field of interest.
Dr. is a member of the Turkish Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and ISAPS (international society of aesthetic plastic surgeons). Bayraktaroğlu makes presentations on aesthetic plastic surgery in many national and international organizations; It closely follows world developments in antiaging and medical aesthetics on international platforms.
His book titled "A World Without Filters is Possible", in which he shares his experiences and years of research in addition to his professional work in the field of medicine; It was published by Doğan Kitap in January 2024 with the note 'A Plastic Surgeon's Contradictory Scrapbook'. His second book, which covers striking issues about aesthetic plastic surgery, is in the writing phase.
